Hi Steem friends,
Today I'm sharing a photo that I took this evening of a red pepper that I was cutting up for a meal that I was making. I decided that since it has been a little while since I made myself some roasted red pepper chicken, what better time than now to make it! There's nothing quite like making a nice meal to treat yourself after a long and hard week of work. Although this is a relatively healthy meal, I still consider it to be a treat since I don't make it for myself very often.
Here you can see one of the red peppers that I was slicing into small pieces. Given that one of the main ingredients in this recipe is red peppers, I had several of them that I had to cut down in size to fry in a skillet.
Do any of you have any special recipes or meals that you like to make on the weekends to celebrate the end of the work week? I find that I have lots more free time that I can devote solely to making more time-consuming meals, but all of that extra work is so often well worth it!
