I took these photos from the two story Observation Platform situated on Hooka point at Lake Illawarra, Wollongong NSW Australia. The lake covers an area of appoximately 35.8 square kilometres or 13.8 sq miles at an average depth of 2 metres or 6 feet.

I've just spent Christmas in NSW. Much nicer than the UK in winter.
