Sometimes losing your job can lead to better things... So it was when I lost my job/career of 25 years when the plant I was working in was bought and sold... It started me on a journey with ... the boys. The boys are my two sons.
I'm the old guy behind them waving like a mentally challenged politician
My youngest son was a drywall taper, and he brought in my oldest son to work with him. When I lost my job, they needed some help and asked if I was up for it. I wasn't doing anything anyways, why not?
My youngest troweling!
Our work took us to a lot of places, and all in all it was fun at times.
We spent one weekend staying at a campground when we were on the road.
My boys the rocket scientists using technology... oh how they've grown! :)
wait, is that a "cowboy"?
hey, there's a smudge on the mirror...
Oh alright, strike a pose, I'll take your pic!
that dayum work hat looks like you just walked off of safari!
well, when it is all said and done, we had a good time, worked hard, played hard... them more than me... so now I'm going to chillax and take it easy for awhile! hope you can all drop back again soon! Meanwhile, I'll be....
I hope I am able to chillax like this soon :)
all in good time, all in good time my friend! :)
This almost makes me want to go work construction jobs with my younger brothers.
Almost :)
they weren't all good times, but it still was fun!
