My friend who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu recently invited my parents and I to her place for a Spanish feast. We started with Gazpacho and a lamb chop board. It was 33 degrees yesterday so the cold soup was perfect. It was beautifully presented. The highlight was the paella. I learned how to make it so I hope to try it at home. I learned that you need to have it with aioli.
The halloumi was delicious and the lamb was so tender. The two different feta cheeses went very well with the crackers.
A beautiful sunset walk to end the evening.
Looks like a legit way to enjoy some food. We once had paella whilst watching the sun set over Mindil Beach in Darwin, Australia. Didn't look as good as your food but your blog reminded me of it. Was a nice moment.
