I enjoy doing the same thing listening to audio podcast of my favorite speakers of crypto and daily life too and working out at the same thing, you get two things done at the same time it really is amazing.

Isn't that the best @steemcleanse! Some exercises, I really need fast, hard punk or hardcore to keep my movement and motivation at a high level, but things like a stair climber or other cardio, I love listening to audiobooks and podcasts. Few things make me feel like I'm growing as a person more than that combo.
