How is been constructed the water force it's enough to pull out that road and the bus the force would had still be enough to give it a wave well I will say that's the work of great engineering
It's just an Example, in Nepal you can see such construction oftenly when you travel to hilly or himalayan reason due to it's geographical condition. The waterfall was there naturally, instead of diverting it to other side they just leave it there as it is, it's more economical here.
