Sad pizza

in #photography7 years ago

poorpizza.jpgSo i decided to order a pizza the other day for dinner. I wont mention the name of the business, but it rhymes with vamanos and their logo is red white and blue.
This wasnt a busy Friday or Saturday night or even a Sunday football time when i placed the order.
I dont think the business was super busy, therefore in a rush to get loads of pies made and out the door.

Whatever the reason, this is the sad little pizza that arrived at my door to enjoy.
It looks like there was maybe 1 teaspoon of cheese and it was delivered by a 5th grader inside a backpack.

Conclusion:
Speaking of 5th graders, I actually ended up eating a peanut butter n jelly sandwich for dinner.

So what's wrong with eating PB&J's for dinner. It's a taste I acquired in college. That pizza does look pretty sad.

Be honest, in college you only ate PBnJ's when you were all outta Top Ramen right? Its funny how there are some foods you only ate as a kid, even though they are still really good...

Funny you should know that. What floor in the dorm did you live on. My roommate and I had a case of ramen in the closet and one of those electric coffee pots so we could boil water. But truthfully, I still eat PB&J's today.

Yeah that looks pretty crappy. My first job back in 1974 was in a Pizza Parlor, Topping a Pizza correctly for Presentation is now a long lost art form. Now they just sling the toppings on there. Sad.

Agree with you on there being lots of lost arts when it comes to food. I think eventually lots of food, including pizzas will be made by machines.
Personally i like pizza with character. I dont need all the toppings perfect but this pizza was pretty sad. Thanks for stopping by my post @woodywood143
