Portrait Practice #1 - Coffee Smile

Hej guys!

I am into hobby photography for about 2 years now. Most of the photos I take are food related since I am a food blogger on Instagram. Nevertheless I really like to take stunning landscape shots or beautiful portraits. Or at least I try to...When I am trying myself out in portraits most of the time my amazing girlfriend Anouk needs to be my model! I mean she likes it to have nice photos but yeah... I am glad she helps me out! :)

I made this shot when we visited a Cafe at the botanical garden in Stockholm. It was very nice there because the location Is an old orangery! :)

On this photo I tried "beauty retouching" for the first time. What is your impression on it? Do you have tipps for improvement? I really would like to hear advice!

I can't give any technical feedback as I am in no way qualified from a photography perspective, but it's a lovely portrait. She seems to have an abundance of natural beauty all on her own!

She's so beautiful :) And that hair <3. Even if I've done some modelling I have no technical skills but the photo is really beautiful :)

Great shot Ken, I have zero photography skills as my images attest to. Great work and keep it up man.

Anouk is just the perfect model for your beautiful photos Ken! Love your settings on this one!
