Happy Saturday everyone! In celebration of 150 followers, I'd like to thank you with this Selfie with a Sea Lion!
This Sea Lion thought it would be a good idea to munch on my regulator hose during a dive in the Sea of Cortez. Thankfully I whipped my GoPro around in time for this shot, but it was the weirdest feeling for a few seconds. I honestly had to tighten my reg set when I got back on the boat, he really got a hold of it!

I had the same fear especially when I found my insurance has a clause not covering scuba incidents. But its a different world down there. Too beautiful to not see at least once in your lifetime.

Thanks! I wasn't super scared, you try not to think about the worst when you're down there. He couldn't have pulled it fully off, but he could have ruptured it. My hose still has teeth marks. 😳
