Sounds like items I would be eyeing on the menu for sure! I have been changing my way of eating (for my grumpy stomach and stubborn metabolism) so the mac n cheese balls would be admired by sight only, but I would definitely smash that Nashville chicken bite with the goodies. I just had the a Midwestern attempt at it and it was far too sweet and then they salted the batter to the point of making it inedible. Haven't stopped back to see if they got it fixed or not, might as well make it at home and know its going to be killer :) thanks for the cravings!
Good luck with the chicken and enjoy! They were sooo god, with just the right amount of spice but I think the pickle and ranch style aioli made it perfect.

Absolutely! Yum. Once I get my rub down, I will add that to my "ranch" so I know they'll complement well. Cooking good food will take my mind off a cold rainy start to the week.
