Hello friends I want to tell you something special. Today I started my 75 hard challenge and this is the first day of the challenge. I think most of the people are aware about the challenge and who are not I will explain you. In this challange you have to do 5 things.
1.) Take a selfie.
2.) Drink water 4L.
3.) Make a Diet plan.
4.) Read 10 pages of book.
5.) Workout of 45 minutes each . (Indoor and outdoor)
So this challange is starting from 1st april and I am not making anyone fool. Thankyou.
