What do I need?
What will make me smile?
Do I need a break?
Because we all live in a fast paced society our mentality is to work to make money to survive. Yes, we need to work; but take 5 min, 10 min, a half hour, or even an hour to do something for yourself. Soon you will see the change in your own behavior and mental well being! I have a few other sunset photos I captured from my Costa Rica trip in February.... the sunset that changed my perspective on life!
