We often take Mason to the beach to run while we collect mussels off the rocks, before they're swept onto the beach - where the seagulls feast.

We love eating mussels - they're cheap, delicious, healthy, quick, versatile and sustainable!

Here's a recipe for the french classic, the perfect Moules Marinier, hope you enjoy it!
