Windmills

in #photography3 years ago

When we travel, we stop at various objects of nature and human handwork. This generation is about human handicrafts - windmills.

For me, mills are a building reminiscent of deep antiquity.

Very few healthy interiors have survived as they are wooden, and those that have survived look like real works of art.

You won’t stop time, but it’s possible to save these creations.

Kažkur matyti vaizdai 😁👍

tik dabar prisikasiau prie jų :)

great shots. years ago there used to be a windmill less than 100 meters from my house. it was on top of a small hill just by the sea so there is plenty of wind still but no mill. now there is just a statue of a famous naval commander overlooking the entrance to the town

it is very unfortunate that such valuable buildings are not preserved :(

that is very true. even though the town i live in has many historical houses it would be much better to have the windmill that was there

I agree with you 100%

Wow, it's so beautiful to see the way human creations can keep on "living", after humans are gone, as the pictures of the abandoned mill show. Great job with the photography :)

thank you :)
