I thought this church was much older. Actually they started building it in 1950, and finished in 2000. Father Manuel de la Hoz started construction with the help from the congregation. The architect's name is Dámaso Muñetón. I will add the link to Wikipedia, but I suggest that you look for Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de Fátima Zacatecas and see all available photographs. It is amazing, and has a color that it only actually can be appreciated in person. Please do try to go to Zacatecas and visit.
