I was lucky enough to be gifted an InstaPot for Christmas and recently opened her up and took her for a spin!
The instructions are great; detailed without being too wordy or confusing. There's also a nice recipe book, where I found a recipe for making a pot roast in about 90 minutes.
I made that pot roast and wanted pictures of it to show you, but I kid you not; my family ATE IT without me! I was probably on Discord chatting with you guys! They did save me some and I can say without any rancor that it was by FAR the best pot roast I have ever made! It was soft and juicy, the potatoes and carrots were done to perfection! I highly recommend getting one. I'm going to set it up to have rice ready in the morning for my kids' breakfast... BECAUSE I CAN!

Even at 90 minutes I still don't have the patience. The majority of my food gets cooked up in a big cast iron fry pan.
i love my cast iron! other than my new Instapot! (no affiliation) we cook in cast iron. :)
Cast iron skillet main pan use. Its the best on the stove. Do luv the instapot also.
My daughter bought got one for Christmas and she raves about it and the food cooks perfectly.

Luv my instapot, use it 2-3 times a week. Hard boiled eggs (I like mine a 6 min), rice, salmon. so many uses.
