This one was light room photoshop and maybe a little filter on Afterlight too. Afterlight is by far the best phone app if you don’t use lightroom or photoshop has so many filters
Afterlight has filters to make it easier? I've been using Snapseed, what do you make of it?
I layer them up with various half layers too so unique
