Long Exposure Photography...

This is the rear and front light of a car passing by which was taken on a hill side... If you're going to try it make sure your camera is on a stable tripod or if you plan on holding it with your bare hands hold it along with your breath :D

Below is the Camera Settings, (Do try it out, even beginners can get amazing shots)

Cannon EOS 1200D
Focus: f/4.0
Shutter Speed: 30s
ISO: 3200

P.S: No photoshop involved :D
