Rounding the bottom of Drayton Harbor one evening, returning from another outing at Semiahmoo beach with the digs, I happened across a small rowboat moored up on the bay. The sinking sun left violet skies and I just had to stop for a quick photo. This, and one from a different angle, have become two of my favorite photos that I've ever taken. And like the dreamscape imagery it convokes, I have never seen that little boat back on the bay since then.
