On Sunday, the weather changed, and finally, after the sweltering heat, it was time for a little cool and good summer rain. Green nature began to revive before our eyes, the air was saturated with oxygen, life after the heat was getting better. Taking a short walk I took some photos, I liked the sky, which will soon delight the city with plenty of rain. Many people do not tolerate the summer heat, they experience a little panic fear, I want to advise people with poor health not to leave home unnecessarily, and of course you need to drink plenty of fluids. It’s great when ordinary people help each other in case of a critical situation caused by heat, they share water or medicines, I’m proud of such people.
How do you deal with a bad mood? Personally, I try to find myself a useful activity that distracts me from real negative emotions. It is good when there is an opportunity to communicate with a smart and friendly person. And, the main thing, it seems to me, is walking in the fresh air, you just need to walk and it is advisable to walk 5-8 kilometers. Here's a little bit of what helps me treat my bad mood. In one word, a person should do what he loves, and then everything will be really good. I will be pleased if someone writes a comment, communication and knowledge sharing will make us better.
