DID YOU KNOW THAT FLIES CAN SEE BEHIND THEM???
Thats right! 😊
It’s a fact that there are thousands of tiny lenses, called ommatidia, which make up the eyes of a fly. These allow flies to see 360 degrees at once.

I was trying to take photos of things in the back yard like the flower of a mango tree when I noticed something just landed on it. A FLY on a flower of a mango tree. It just stayed there and I'm not pretty sure why.
Now, instead of taking photo of some other things in the backyard using my OPPO F5 phone, I just took a photo of the fly.
I'ts actually moving too fast specially when I make a move to do a good shot of it and it's giving me a hard time but I enjoyed it. Like the saying "hardwork pays off". 😂
There is one thing more about FLIES, they are great at math according to research done by scientists at the California Institute of Technology (CalTech).
Despite of them having a tiny brains, flies are smart at calculating the angle of a swatting hand, newspaper or swatter and creating a flight plan to avoid it. When they know that they are in danger, they are able to leap backward using their hind legs to avoid the hit. Their data on this fly fact showed that flies make these decisions within 100 milliseconds of spotting the threat.
Its kinda made me dizzy but like I said, i was actually enjoying it. 😊

Wow... Hard work really pays. Nice pictures. And wow... I never knew flies were that amazing though they are annoying.
And I think the size of the brain doesn't necessarily affect it's power. Its wonderful how they harness the power of their tiny brains.
Survival instincts.
Thank you so much. 😊
Yap, they are eww for me but then its a small insect and wnted to capture and see how they really lool like in the photo.

Thanks for the trivia.. but I hate flies because they bring worms... Haha.. and they like to stay on wet and dirty things...
And... I'm afraid of them too... specially the big ones... actually, I'm afraid on all insects with many legs.. hehe 😅
