Somewhere in West Africa, where Beer makes citizens defy flood.....
Flood is an unwelcome guest in most Megalopolis, Cities, Towns, Villages. But we can not help it when nature goes all out on us humans, we have received goods from Nature; therefore we can not complain of the bad it offers to mankind.
This is not a matter of underdevelopment, because no matter how civilized a place is; it is liable to Natural disasters. Most flooded communities find it hard to continue their lives but here in Nigeria, when "Beer" gives you motivations, flood has no guts to stop you.....
