Today it was foggy all day and I didn't have time to go out into nature and so the mood was slightly depressed until the evening. So a hot tea, something sweet or a glass of wine and similar things could maybe lift the mood ... But there are other ways too.
I use this method in my work as a therapist. And I thought maybe you are like me right now and that's why I'll tell you something about it. Perhaps it will improve your mood. In my work, colors play an important role in supporting emotional imbalances. I specifically use the colors of the five elements from traditional Chinese medicine. Each element has a color and these colors are assigned to organs and emotions. Of course, all five colors are important. We need all 5 colors to be in balance. In some situations we need more of a certain color. Today I choose the color red. Red for motivation, for love, for the joy of life. It can start a fire in us. It opens our hearts and supports us to be ourselves. You don't have to do anything, except immerse yourself in the color ... I thought I would send you a series of pictures with different shades of red.
