Is Mount Shasta a Holy Mountain? While there I definitely felt a deeper connection to myself and my surroundings. It was the same feeling I usually get while spending time outdoors but at this place it seemed amplified.
What do you think? Was it all in my head or is Mount Shasta really the root Chakra of earth?
