#847 - Dingalan Aurora Sea Port During a Morning Walk.
Well wishes this Friday evening. Early in the morning today I had a conversation wth one of my brothers, he was called by one of our uncle who is a brother of our father. Our father was asked by one of his brother to come to Manila to oversee the repairs going on at my late grandma apartment. My father is here for less than a week and he was unable to get up from bed already while he was doing well with his health in the province. So he will be accompanied by his brothers today to go to the hospital for check ups. Hopefully he can go back to the province already because he needs to look after my mother who is also ailing. My brother will travel with him this weekend if our father is fit to travel, hopefully the check-up will have positive results.
Moving on now to our daily shots this Friday evening, the sun's first light was supposed caresses the shores of Dingalan Feeder Port but was blocked by thick rain clouds which happened to rain the past evening. The early morning air is cool and crisp, carrying the scent of saltwater and fresh fish from the nearby docks.
As made our step onto the pier, the sound of lapping waves against the hulls of moored boats provides a soothing melody.
The port is seems silent with no activity, as fishermen were gone ashore from their vessels for another day at sea.
Boats of various sizes and shapes line the pier, each one a testament to the hard work and dedication of its crew. Small fishing boats, their hulls painted in vibrant hues.
The air is filled with a sense of community and shared purpose, a bond forged by the sea and reinforced by generations of fisherfolk.
In this early morning tableau, we all got a glimpse into the lives of those who make their living from the ocean and it's a spectacle that will stay with us long after we left the shores of Dingalan behind.
Follow me on my nature travels.
