It should be noted that supersymmetry is a theoretical concept employed in a variety of field and string theories which, as of today, remains completely unsubstantiated from an empirical point of view. None of the supersymmetric partner particles predicted by such models have been detected so far. This does not exclude the possibility, but it is important for clarifying that none of of supersymmetry's claims about nature has been even remotely proven.
