Google is not a source. It's a search engine. I've never come across a scientific study that has been peer reviewed that shows that the speed of light has changed over time. Someone may claim otherwise however if it has not been validated buy independent studies then...it's just an empty statement.

The speed of light keeps varying but to solve this problem a bunch of scientists fixed the speed of light by definition i.e,299 792 458 m / s.
