7.5 actually, it rounds down for some reason. When I initially had it instated, I suggested it reflect the APR for staked HIVE (HP) at around 3.1 %. 20% is real high imo. Great for arbitrage and enticing for onboarding but - I haven't seen shit for people coming onboard saying "Yay! 20%!", and there is maybe half a dozen other chains that offer even close to that. Most sustainable powerhouse ones like ETH and ATOM are much lower. The sell pressure will override the desire to bank it eventually as people will hit their exit point (especially a few of these patient whales), and then? That 20% is shot all to shit and both HBD and HIVE tank uncontrollably and the peg effort won't be able to compensate it.
