Classic shot @ogmatador! The striped shirt, the parrot and a cane for the wooden leg I'm guessing?! I bet his boat was anchored in the lake in the background. :)

Haha, thanks myday, I was actually waiting for a table at a restaurant with my family, when I saw him walking, I had my camera with me since I was taking pictures of my kids.

That was very lucky!

I'm sure you don't walk around like that unless you enjoy the attention.

Next time ask for a portrait!

if I ever see him again, for sure

Yup...that's a pirate if I've ever seen one....

Thanks for this wonderful shot. I felt inspired to do a quick sketch 😄.

That's awesome!

beautiful! that lens is great with the blues!!

thanks! yes I love that lens, only reason I haven't move up to full frame, I can just leave that lens behind.

It really depends on what you prefer to shoot. Full frame is not necessary.

very true... need to save for a GH5, I could use a bit more performance on low light, other than that pretty happy with the picture quality I get from my stills.

I've been running on the five year policy for a few years. Camera bodies only getting upgraded every 5 years. I'm planning on moving to the 20 year policay and am thinking of moving from Canon to Leica. Thankfully my canon lenses work on my cinema camera :-) I like making movies.

Awesome man, I did a couple of music videos with my brother for some local artist, but I just don't have the time to dedicate myself to filmmaking; I would love to. I hope you get that Leica, I like their rendering.

So do I, but it would be an entirely new world to me. Maybe that is why I am interested in it.

Is he walking the plank? LOL
