Great video. Do you have any suggestions for vegan cheese that actually tastes like cheese? most store brands are horrid! lol Hi. my wife and I went vegan about 8 months ago and loved eating this way. my downfall was cheese. I didnt care for, nor do i ever crave meat at all. in fact, we were at whole foods and tasted a piece of fish about 5 months in. it tasted foul, not becasue the fish was bad but rather our tastebuds changed. its funny how different meat tastes now! its uber vile to me!. so sorry i went on a rant there :) have a great day!

hey! :D I've heard that nutritional yeast is perfect "cheese" and a lot of vegans use it to replace cheese. I'm sure you can find many recipes how to make "cheese sauce". My favorite youtuber @maddielymburner has great recipes... you can watch here how to make mac and cheese. I've never tried nutritional yeast (it's too expensive in my Country), but it looks really yummy!
It's good that you don't eat vegan cheese, because they are plant based and they are not healthy at all.
I'm sure that meat tasted badly. I remember when I tried chocolate after 3 months and I could barely eat just one bite because it was too sweet to me ^^.
I don't mind for a big post! I'm glad when people write bigger comments, so that we can discuss more! :D
