Pizza Castle is in the heart of the southwest side of Chicago, it was started in 1973 by Richard Jensen and the recipes have not changed. It truly is a hidden Chicago pizza gem, i began working for them back in 2012 and my experience as a pizza maker there has been kinda fun. It is family owned and family run and they even have a set a twins working there. They make the dough, pizza sauce and even the sausage is all homemade. it truly is a great pizza place and you can even get an XL pizza with a box of wings that consists of 12 wings and a small order of fries and a 2 Liter soda for like 21.99 + Tax! I challenge you to find a better thin and crispy pizza than Pizza Castle.
