Easy pizza,,, stash frozen puff pastry in your freezer and make fluffy light thin based pizza anytime you crave it!
Image above is a pizza we made but used normal pizza base recipe.. Unfortunately my cell crashed and I lost the puff pastry pic.
Oven temp 180C
1 roll of defrosted puff pastry..
Roll out pastry on a baking tray into the size you would like.
Brush on,
Tomato sauce, chutney and BBQ sauce as the pizza base.
Add favourite toppings,
Salami, ham, cold meats from previous dinner like steak strips..
Cheese, mix of mozarella, cheddar and gouda.
Randomly dash base sauce over cheese,
Slide into oven for 30min.
and there you have a super simple yummy pizza!
This almost look like a similar pizza i did a while ago. Looks yummy...
