Pizza is one of the delicious international delicacies that we prepare in abundance and is loved by children and adults alike.
In Ramadan we also prepare it in different sizes and flavors.
Among the easiest common recipes for preparing pizza for Ramadan breakfast, we chose the following delicious
Ingredients
- 300g flour
- salt
- a little yeast bread
- tablespoon olive oil
- 2 small tweaks
- 100g tomato sauce
- Onion
- sprinkle of dry thyme
- 150g chicken mozzarella
- pepper salt
How to prepare
First we mix the flour, yeast, salt and olive oil, we collect the mixture with warm water and knead it well, then we cover it and let it ferment.
After that, we spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour by massaging it until it becomes thin (we can form small pizzas from it for those who wish to do so), then we paint the surface of the pizza with a little tomato sauce and put it in a hot oven for a few minutes
Then add chopped onion slices and tuna, sprinkle with thyme, and return to the oven for an additional five minutes and it is ready.
