Pizza with bread

A pizza recipe with bread or panini so easy that you will surely repeat it. It is prepared very fast, ideal to serve at parties or children's birthdays, there will not be one, nothing to do with the sandwiches! Homemade bread pizza recipe.

Ingredients:

· 4 round loaves
· 2 cloves of garlic
· Extra virgin olive oil
· 250 g of pizza sauce (I tell you the recipe)
· 60 g of cured ham
· 150 g of mozzarella cheese on the side
· Fresh basil leaves
· Salt and black pepper

Preparation

  1. We start prepared with tomato sauce for pizza, you can make it from one day to another or 25 minutes before. You can also use fried tomato bought, but I guarantee that this pizza sauce is spectacular.
  2. pan with a tablespoon of virgin olive oil sauté the cut garlic. When they are golden, turn off the fire.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Split the bread in half into four slices. Add a little of the previous oil to each of the slices and rub with the pieces of garlic.
  5. Add homemade pizza sauce on each portion of bread, sprinkle mozzarella cheese with a little salt and black pepper. Cut the cured ham into strips and place them on the cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes in the upper part of the oven, so that they are gratin. Let stand a couple of minutes.
  7. Garnish with basil leaves and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil
