RE: PEDOGATE: A Special Report on the Washington, D.C. Pedophilia Scandal

There are very good reasons why Hebrew Patriarch Abraham of the Old Testament was quite willing to sacrifice his son Isaac to the ‘living god’. Obviously such a bizarre and ungodly request would never be made by the one true God.

Child sacrifice to Moloch was already running rampant in Sumeria when Abram (aka Abraham) left to the land of Canaan.

Abraham taking his son Isaac to be sacrificed was a symbolic representation of God's only Son dying for all of our sins. God told Abraham not to harm his child after the following:

"And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together." -- Genesis 22:8

Jesus' death on the cross is the ultimate sacrifice for the redemption of mankind.

I think it's important for people to realize that the God of the Old Testament is not the same as the one in the New Testament. Eg an eye for an eye - Old Testament. Turn the other cheek - New testament.

They are opposites.

I'd love to know when, where and why the 1st one departed the Bible and the other one was brought in. Was one Satan/Moloch/Baal/Lucifer etc and the other the true God?

It's as though the Bible is missing a whole chunk of events/"history".
