Good afternoon steemit friends all.
As long as the holidays, I use the time to take care of the flower plants in the yard of the house.
Various flower plants in the garden, only aloe vera plant is what I often use for hair hygiene.
Versatile plants that have been known since the ancient properties.
This plant produces gels and gums that can be used as medicinal ingredients.
Aloe vera is very good for facial and body skin, and useful for hair.
This plant contains
amino acids and proteins that are good for hair health. Keratin is a protein to stimulate hair growth and improve blood circulation, also nourish the scalp.
Aloe vera also contains proteolytic enzymes that can regenerate dead skin cells in the scalp.
As for how to use aloe vera for hair health, take a leaf of aloe vera, then split or cut to take her gel.
After that use the gel as a head massage cream and
let stand for 10 minutes before shampooing.
There are also other ways, namely by mixing 2 tablespoons aloe gel and 1 tablespoon of castor oil to stimulate hair growth.
Stir the mixture flat, then massage into the scalp, let stand for 12 hours, then wash thoroughly.
Do it continuously for 4 times a month,
in order to help grow new hair.
May be useful.
That is all and thank you.
