Ruta graveolens, comúnmente llamada ruda, es una especie de la familia Rutaceae, nativa del sur de Europa. Se suele cultivar como planta ornamental de jardín, en especial por sus hojas azuladas y por su tolerancia a suelos secos y al calor.

Tiene propiedades antiespasmódicas, es decir que sirve para tratar cólicos, diarreas y espasmos estomacales. Favorece la menstruación, al aumentar la circulación sanguínea en el útero, por lo tanto no es recomendada en el embarazo porque puede causar abortos.@bustillo me agrada ver como valoras las plantas tus fotos son lindas.
