Buen dia amigos, espero la estén pasando muy bien, el dia de hoy les hablaré sobre la cosecha de frijol que he tenido y ya estamos en ese tiempo, siempre trabajo poco a poco y logro buenos resultados.
El frijol es un grano que se consume mucho en el llano y para que cargue como es debido debe sembrarse en tierra firme.
Muchas familias se reunen para terminar la cosecha mas rápido, pero cuando son inmensas hectáreas de tierra deben trabajar a maquina.
Me encanta el frijol con trozos de cochino adentro, lleva varias horas el proceso de cocción pero vale la pena.
Puede ser acompañado de arroz blanco, tajadas y pollo, además de un delicioso jugo para acompañar el almuerzo.
