Es increible lo que puede cargar una planta, lo bueno es que lo hace varias veces en pocos meses y es lo importante ya que se obtiene ganancias.
Siempre sembramos el ají dulce, y tambien están los picantes pero llevan un poco mas de trabajo, requieren de un suelo blando y con buenos nutrientes.
La recolección del ají se debe hacer a mano en los pequeños espacios, ya cuando se siembran hectáreas si debe ser con máquinas especiales.
El aji rojo es de mis favoritos para preparar en guisos y granos, se debe lavar bien, luego cortar y esperar el momento exacto para agregarlo en la olla.

Durante este mes se ven los comercios llenos de aji de distintas variedades y no saben el aroma que se levanta, es muy rico.
