Add water and stir. Room temp will do. 25 degrees if you've got it. They need water but the seedlings will drown if it doesn't evaporate constantly.
The little guys require water but not too much if it won't evaporate. So 20 or so degrees and water. Just sow the seed and don't worry about covering them with soil. A good source of light, good temp and water.
