Weird isn't it one rule for one country one rule for another mate. Games should be global releases and have no region locks in my opinion.
Yeah they certainly have made this a nightmare for the newbie and thanks for the thumbs up, it's something that should be assessed externally by a third party entity regarding the approach to using a 2hr refund timeline which clearly is a get out clause in my personal opinion, and the lets play tennis play between supplier and onus on the developer side should be made some kind of global rule for consumers to benefit apposed to loose their funds after 2hrs in bad cases.
