One of the first if not first play to earn games on hive, is also one of the oldest forms of gaming... Well to my knowledge way back to the western days but with fewer guns and hookers. Whether the latter is good or bad I am not sure.
At least you can't get swindled anymore so that is good and with recent changes to the mechanics of earning on @Lucksacks.com I think some new hutzpa has been injected with the integration of the LUCK token.
What is Lucksacks?
Basically, it is a free to play multiplayer poker site that provides Freeroll games that pay prizes in mainly Hive or Hive-Engine tokens.
All prizes are funded by the owners and witnesses that back the project. Also through projects that wish to host tournaments and through that fund prizes for players.

Then why play?
The main game is definitely Poker and all variations of it, now if you prefer to only play games which take 5min and you can pretty much dictate ROI by the minutes you spend playing then maybe Lucksacks is not for you.
If you just enjoy poker and want to participate to help the site grow while winning a couple of Hive here and there then Lucksacks is great.
@tuck-fheman has been doing a lot of work improving the game mechanics, ie progression through LUCK tokens (in game non-monetary assets) and linking those to a ticket reward system which will allow you to enter high-value prize games without ever spending a cent.
Could it be a bit more clear or smoother or more money be given just for existing... I guess, but you already have the other P2E games for that.
If you like playing poker and casino-style games then Lucksacks will always be the one place you know you won't get grifted.
How many games offer Hive prizes and how large those are is almost in direct correlation with community engagement and aside from the obvious anti-gambling taboo, Lucksacks is one of the few P2E options which 100% does not break any laws.
Not that I care but maybe some do.

As mentioned maybe some things can be a bit more clear on Lucksacks and how things work, especially with the gamification through LUCK and the ticket system for getting free entry to higher value games.
What I recommend you do is join @Lucksacks.com and make a note in a strongly worded message of all the things you do not understand then send that to @tuck-fheman in Discord

Seriously though, if you do enjoy Poker or want to learn to play and in the end make some money from just spending some downtime clicking a few buttons while talking smack about someone #rigging the game then it is always good to have a look at what games are coming up for the day.
For communities and projects, it is a great way of distributing their own tokens also, with custom games with their branding, great for streaming. wink wink
