In some religions, people have faith that after life on earth, there is a reward waiting for them. Christians have faith that after their life on earth there is a place waiting for them. A place free from troubles, sickness, poverty, hungry, death, sadness, and Soon. This place is called paradise. A place jesus promised to meet with every true believe again. there would be abundant life and peace. The muslims on the other hand, believe that after life on earth, everyone would then go to a place called jannah where there are no struggles and where every need is met.
The truth is that, not every one will go to paradise. There are criterias to be qualified to paradise. For christians you need to first hear the gospel. In (Roman 10:14) "How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?". Hearing the gospel is the first step to take.
The next step is to believe the gospel. Hearing without believing is not complete. (John 20:31). After believing in it you repent of sins you have committed. (Luku 13:3) says that unless one repent, you will perish.
Baptism follows after repentance, there is need to be baptized with water to be called a new being. Then the final step is to be consistent with the new life. Not committing sin and all. Have done all these with sincerity, paradise is assured.
