Kitchen Pantry Remodel

in #pob3 years ago (edited)

So July 2020 I purchased my first house with the plan to build equity over the next couple years, then use that money to reinvest in a duplex or small apartment to rent. The house is old it was built in 1917 but the bones are still strong. I have a massive list of projects to do but living in a place and trying to work on it at the same time is a pain. This is one of the projects I started and it's almost done. I built all the LEDs in my garage it's a 24v system controlled by a raspberry pie smart home control system I have been working on, That means eventually I will be able to control lights, door locks, HVAC, and even the sprinklers from my phone.
