I think the challenge is that none of the blockchains has been around for more than a decade. We don't know what happens at 20, 30, or 50 years. What if, by the time we are retirement age, we don't have to cash out? What if we can live off earnings alone without powering down? It is still early in all of this. We are making a new path, which means there is nobody to show us the way.

That’s exactly my point! If we treat this for what it is instead of a quick and easy substitute, there’s no “cash out” point. We just enjoy being too rich to demean by being referred to merely as “Oprah rich”. 😁
