I made my point.
IT'S NOT THE INDIVIDUAL CONTENT THAT'S THE FLAW.
IT'S HOW IT ALL EXISTS.
NO LINKAGE.
IT'S ALL INDIVIDUALISTIC.
In order to grab users (which are first just readers) the content needs to be a stream of knowledge. At the end of each blog is NOTHING unless THAT individual blogger makes the effort to link more content (theirs mainly though).
LINKING MORE CONTENT should be by default. By design! IT'S CALLED THE CONTENT STREAM!
ATTENTION RETENTION!
Also it's laughable that people in here think a user needs to have history HERE in order to be a voice to be heard or to prove they're knowledgeable on how networks should work. Maybe my (and yours) real life experiences and exposures is where that knowledge is gained. At least it's a contributor so how silly to look at a person's profile and then determine "nope they know nothing."
How silly again to think this blogging site exclusively is where all knowledge exists.
