Thanks!!! I'm seeing that the league results are quite random, favorites lose games more often than here in Europe :DDD
why teams don't tank here like in the NBA?? hahaha

My pleasure! You're right, it's a young and fast-growing league where everybody can beat anybody at any time. The team's relatively low salary budgets (in comparison with European clubs) help keep the parity in MLS. Matt Doyle at mlssoccer.com calculated that the ''salary cap'' in 2017 is at $5,948,000.

That's not counting the Designated Player Rule allowing each team to spend as much as they want on a maximum of three super players. It started with David Beckham in 2007. Kaká is the highest paid player in the Major League Soccer at the moment with a $7,167,500 salary.
Wow thanks for all the info!!!
i'm seeing here in Spain the coverage is growing, even some specialized websites about the MLS! :))
Nice, I didn't know there was a growing interest in Spain for MLS! Thank you too for the info! David Villa is an amazing Spanish player with New York City FC. He won last year's MVP Award and he might win it again this year! But I think Diego Valeri, the Argentinian playing with Portland Timbers, has better chances to win the title for the 2017 season.
