No, it wouldn't. Edits of posts are stored on blockchain only as a difference between original and edited post. So it will not be recognized as proper transfer command. Please post another comment with:
pocketsend:1000@heroic15397,and target URL after coma. :-)
I don't think it would work, but I'm not 100% sure.
