You've actually got me a little bit excited. I'm an old gamer from decades back but haven't played a game like this since probably Diablo 2. You've awakened the old beast a bit and sparked my competitive streak....
I'll have to see what March looks like and whether I can take a break from the real world for a bit. It's unlikely, but even so I will be very interested to see how this pans out even if I'm not playing.
Its still a couple of weeks away. Due diligence to download it and invest a few hours, surely.
Also, this game was built by people who loved Diablo II. They hated what they were hearing about #3, so they made the proper sequel themselves.
Also, it has drop bears.
LOL. It sounds like the stars have aligned themselves and it is my destiny to try this game out. Now I just need the wife and kids to stay off my case for long enough to give it a try ;)
