Thank you. The benefit to the experience, for me, was I learned something about myself. Stressful situations--and what can be more stressful than war?--always bring out our true character. It was an experience I can't give back, nor would I want to.

Definitely true. I don't think most people realize that when you go against your character (true nature) the stress is terrible. One does not think clearly and you doubt yourself. 2 of the worst feelings in the world. You are very welcome :) And thank you for your service!!
